Structure

The 20x10m padel court is constructed with a painted galvanized steel structure for durability and longevity.
The court's steel tube is made of high-quality Q235B steel, with an industry-standard hot-dip galvanizing treatment.
Padel court corner columns measure 100×100×3mm with a height of 3m.
The surface of the steel pipes is protected by a three-layer anti-rust treatment for enhanced durability.
The galvanized electrowelded mesh has a 4mm diameter and 50×50mm mesh size, with protected ends to prevent scratches and hooks.
All pipes in the padel court fencing system are coated with electrostatic powder spray for added resilience. The structure meets GB15065-94 and IE60502 standards, with a 0% water absorption rate, ensuring high resistance to environmental conditions.
