What is All-Glass Squash Court ?

An all-glass squash court is a high-end court made entirely with tempered glass walls and back panels. Designed for both professional tournaments and premium venues, it offers maximum visibility for spectators while maintaining excellent durability and performance. The structure uses strong, safety-certified glass to ensure stability, impact resistance, and a modern, open aesthetic, making it the ideal choice for international competitions and luxury sports facilities.

Full Glass Squash Courts Glass

The front wall consists of 12 glass panels, each measuring 1750mm × 1604mm × 12mm.
Both side walls are made up of 36 glass panels, each measuring 1750mm × 1620mm × 12mm.
The back wall is composed of 4 glass panels measuring 2130mm × 1402mm × 12mm, along with 1 glass door measuring 2130mm × 790mm × 12mm.

All wall glass panels are 12mm thick tempered glass, made from imported materials with special treatment to achieve one-way visibility.The glass walls are anchored to a steel base frame with dimensions of 7400mm × 11000mm, which forms a modular structure that can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly. The side glass panels are supported by vertical glass ribs (support bars), each 5700mm high and 12mm thick, also tempered. All tempered glass must comply with 3C certification standards.
 

Assembled sports wooden floor

The squash court flooring uses a modular assembly system consisting of 66 individual panels, with standard court lines marked clearly. The surface provides excellent ball rebound, along with shock absorption, vibration resistance, and sound insulation. It features a unique elastic cushion layer, and the professional sports wood flooring offers both flexibility and high load-bearing capacity, reducing the risk of impact injuries from jumping and quick movements. For training venues, fixed installation is used, while modular flooring is adopted for competition courts, allowing for quick setup and easy disassembly. The surface material is made from specialized sports wood flooring, ensuring professional performance.

Total thickness of foor is 84mm .Each of which has four layers.
Top Layer: 2.2 cm thick sports wood flooring, offering excellent grip and durability.
Second Layer: 1.5 cm shock-absorbing plate, reducing impact and enhancing comfort.
Third Layer: 4 cm LVL keel , providing structural support and stability. Bottom Layer: 2 cm rubber pad, ensuring flexibility and additional shock absorption.
 

Lightning Systems of Squash Courts

The lighting system consists of a total of 18 integrated LED lights, known for their durability and energy efficiency.
Each light provides an illumination level of 500 LUX, operates at 220V, and has a power of 100W. The mounting height is 5.6 meters, and each light covers an area of approximately 20-25 square meters.
