Details of Court Components

All metal materials are crafted with high-precision techniques.

The steel pipes and wire mesh of courts are made from high-quality Q235B, industry standard hot-dip galvanizing treatment, and every surface undergoes a three-layer coating process.

All screws and nuts are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring not only an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also excellent anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties. Even in outdoor rainy conditions, there will be no rusting, guaranteeing a lifespan of up to 30 years for outdoor use.

Each piece of glass is made from 12mm thick tempered glass, with a total of 18 panels, each measuring 2995*1995mm, ensuring a perfect fit with the pillars.

Compliant with European standards, the glass carries both CE and 3C certifications. Crafted from the finest float glass as the base material, it offers excellent heat resistance and exceptional strength.

It is 5 times heat resistant than float glass and can withstand sudden temperature differences of up to 300 degrees.The strength of tempered glass is 3-5 times that of ordinary annealed float glass, so it is very safe to use tempered glass for tennis courts.
