Squash Court Installation Technical Standards
Glass Wall System: 12mm thick single-view anti-slip tempered glass with professional hardware accessories. Professional Flooring System: Fixed flooring system and removable competition-grade sports wood flooring. Glass Back Wall System: 12mm thick tempered glass (with bottom mesh treatment) and hardware accessories. Lighting System: Illumination requirements for general training are 300-500 LUX, while professional competitions with broadcasting require 1200 LUX.
We use specialized sports wood flooring for our squash court panel materials. Training venues use a fixed installation system, while competition venues use modular sports flooring, which facilitates quick installation and easy disassembly.
The squash system is composed of the following components: 1. Glass system: front wall glass system, left glass wall system, right glass wall. Back wall safety glass system. 2. Sports wooden floor system: composed of 3 layers of wooden floor and 1 layer of non-slip rubber shock-absorbing pad. 3. Physical foul rattlesnakes. 4. Hardware accessories and screws. 5. 2.Professional sports wooden floor system: We use assembled modular wooden floor. Before leaving the factory, all multi-layer wooden floors are assembled and surface-lined. It is simple and convenient for customers to install. The wooden floor module consists of 4 layers. First layer A: super-quality maple wood, maple wood has good toughness, good resilience, and the advantages of long-term non-deformation. Thickness 2.2 cm. Second layer B: 1.5cm thick intermediate shock-absorbing board. The shock-absorbing board is composed of high-quality multi-layer boards, with good elasticity and no deformation. Third layer C: 4cm thick LVL keel. Overall combined keel. Excellent stability. Fourth layer D: 2cm thick rubber pad. Increase friction with the ground and prevent slipping. At the same time, provide elasticity to the entire wooden floor system.
