Sports Floor Systems of Squash Courts

This all-glass squash court features a premium sports wooden flooring system, installed using a precise splicing technique for optimal performance.

The court's flooring consists of 66 individual floorboards, each composed of four layers:
1.22mm thick maple-birch sports surface
2.40x50mm pinewood keel
3.12mm multi-layer board
4.10mm thick elastic pad

With a total thickness of 84mm per floorboard, this design offers exceptional rebound performance ideal for squash play. It also ensures shock absorption, anti-vibration, and sound insulation, providing a high-quality playing surface. The unique resilient cushion layer enhances the floor's resilience and load-bearing capacity, reducing the risk of injury from high-impact activities such as jumping, making it perfect for professional squash courts.

 

 

 Squash Court Glass Systems
 

The glass walls are constructed from 12mm thick tempered glass, specially treated with imported materials to achieve a single-view effect.

Wall Configuration:
Front Wall: 12 pcs:1750mm * 1604mm.
Side Walls: 36 pcs; 1750mm * 1620mm.
Back Wall: 4 pcs; 2130mm * 1402mm and 1 glass door measuring 2130mm * 790mm.

The glass walls are securely attached to a steel plate base size: 8620mm * 11000mm, forming a disassemblable and reusable frame.

Glass ribs support the sides of the wall, standing at 5700mm in height with a thickness of 12mm, and are heat-treated.

Safety Standard:The tempered glass complies with the 3C safety standard.
