Glass Systems
The front wall is made of 12 pieces of glass with specifications (1750mm*1604mm*12mm).
The two side walls are made of 36 pieces of glass with specifications (1750mm*1620mm*12m).
The back wall is made of 4 glass walls (2130mm*1402mm*12m), the glass door (2130mm*790mm*12mm).
The thickness of the wall glass is 12mm, and the imported materials are specially treated to make the glass achieve a single-view effect. The wall color is (dark blue).
The glass wall and glass ribs of the squash court are connected by aluminum alloy hardware with a thickness of 10m. The surface hardness reaches 15HW,and it has the characteristics of high strength and light weight, making the glass installation more secure and safe.
The special floor of the squash court is assembled and installed in 66 pieces. Draw the standard court line. 1 piece of glass is prepared at the highest point of the glass front wall and the highest point of the side wall of the full glass squash court to ensure complete installation.
Total thickness of foor is 84mm .Each of which has four layers. Top Layer: 2.2 cm thick sports wood flooring, offering excellent grip and durability.
Second Layer: 1.5 cm shock-absorbing plate, reducing impact and enhancing comfort.
Third Layer: 4 cm LVL keel , providing structural support and stability. Bottom Layer: 2 cm rubber pad, ensuring flexibility and additional shock absorption.
